1. Start with one clear buying thesis
Choose one product family you already understand. Define the brands, sizes, condition and maximum buying price before creating a monitor.
- Use a Vinted search URL as the baseline
- Create a separate private channel for each strategy
- Name links so you can recognize them later
2. Add the search in Discord
Use the add-link command in the target channel, paste your Vinted search and save a short alias. The bot will begin checking that search for new items.
- Pause or enable a link from the link manager
- Edit rules without rebuilding the channel
- Remove stale searches when the niche changes
3. Improve the signal from real alerts
Let the broad search run long enough to reveal repeat false positives. Add required and excluded terms only when they solve a pattern you can see.
- Whitelist distinctive model words
- Blacklist common false matches
- Review seller and country rules separately
4. Add account actions when useful
Solo and higher plans can connect Vinted sessions. Configure the default session, currency, delivery and payment preferences before relying on buying actions.
